Everyone knows our winemaker's background is in technology. So, we hacked rosé by blending white and red wine in crazy exact percentages. Honestly, the French have been doing this for centuries in Champagne - we're just doing it without the bubbles.
Enjoy "The Hacker" - crisp, dry and refreshing. Born out of curious tinkering at the blending table, a blend of Albariño and Petit Verdot may sound crazy, but they fit together incredibly well. It's so crazy, we may be the only one in the country (or world) who is blending these 2 varietals together. But it makes sense, because our owner and winermaker is crazy too!
The Hacker is a rich and flavorful rosé with notes of white peach, strawberry and a subtle peach fuzz tannin that finishes with a bright acidity.
Pair with a fresh salad, shrimp, surfing the internet, or attempting to hack your neighbors WiFI connection.
