Our debut wine was created with the help of vineyard manager Phil Cline from 50% Sunland Vineyard (a warm site), and 50% Naches Heights (a higher elevation cool site). Our 2017 Albariño is a dry, light, crisp, and refreshing wine with notes of pineapple, honeydew, white peach, lime and stone. If you’ve never had Albariño, think about the body and weight of Pinot Gris, with Albariño having more fruit, aromatics and complexity.
Our 2017 Albariño is wonderful to sip by itself on a warm day, or pairs great with light dishes, such as light seafood, pasta or chicken with light sauces. Think about foods that are not heavy and rich, and it will probably work with this wine.

The Hacker Rosé
Everyone knows our winemaker's background is in technology. So, we hacked rosé by blending white and red wine in crazy exact percentages. Honestly, the French have been doing this for centuries in Champagne - we're just doing it without the bubbles.
Enjoy "The Hacker" - crisp, dry and refreshing. Born out of curious tinkering at the blending table, a blend of Albariño and Petit Verdot may sound crazy, but they fit together incredibly well. The Hacker is a rich and flavorful rosé with notes of white peach, strawberry and a subtle peach fuzz tannin that finishes with a bright crispness.
Pair with a fresh salad, shrimp, or surfing the internet!

2017 Cabernet Franc
Our 2017 Cabernet Franc is one hundred percent varietal with 50% coming from Elephant Mountain Vineyard and 50% Dineen vineyard, both in the Yakima Valley. Elephant Mountain provides a rich, full bodied component that is balanced out with the leaner, higher acid fruit from Dineen. The wine was aged for 18 months in 50% new french oak and 50% neutral french oak.
The 2017 Cabernet Franc is a versatile food wine, with a bright acidity and balanced structure it can pair well with anything from barbecue, an herb lamb roast or pepperoni pizza.
